Materials
The O Mattress™ is made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants.
Absolutely. The O Mattress™ contains no latex at all. We believe that our proprietary OmniCool™ Cooling Gel Memory Foam gives all the benefits and performance of a latex based-foam without the use of latex so there are no allergy issues.
Yes. The O Mattress™ is vegan.
The O Mattress™ is manufactured with high-grade Canadian-built foams and fabrics. Six inches of OmniFoundation™ Compression Foam offers a support base which reduces motion transfer and provides enhanced edge support. Two inches of our OmniEvolution™ Luxury Foam featuring our OmniBubble™ technology provides the right amount of support and spring. Yes, The O Mattress™ can be used on bunk beds provided that an appropriate foundation is used.
No. The O MattressTM is specifically designed to not sleep hot. Our breathable O MattressTM cover wicks away heat and moisture. The OmniCoolTM Cooling Gel Memory Foam layer is cool to the touch and keeps you cool all night long, reducing tossing and turning.
Our specifically designed OmniFoundationTM Compression Foam working in concert with our OmniEvolutionTM Luxury Foam and our OmniCoolTM Cooling Gel Memory Foam provides very little motion transfer to keep you isolated from your partner. You will wake up more rested knowing that The O MattressTM has the technology that limits the amount of motion transfer.
Our founders have been sleeping on pocket coils for years now which have left them unhappy and wanting a better bed. The O Mattress™ has been designed since the beginning to be better than pocket coil mattresses. Our unique combination and cellular design of our OmniCool™ Cooling Gel Memory Foam and our OmniEvolution™ Luxury Foam featuring our OmniBubble™ technology provides a much higher level of conformability and memory foam feel than any coil or pocket coil mattress available. There are many different causes for back pain, and you are recommended to seek and rely on medical advice if you have back pain or back aches . We had some O Mattress™ customers report to us that The O Mattress™ has relieved their back pain and back aches while other customers have reported no resolution to their back pain or back aches. We suggest that you try The O Mattress™ yourself.
Yes, you can use a heating pad with The O Mattress™. Please follow the manufacturer guidelines for use of the heating pad and never leave the heating pad unattended.
No. The O Mattress™ only comes in King, Queen, Full and Twin sizes at the moment.
We use high-grade materials that do not have chemical off-gassing and have little to no odour. Our premium quality foams, specifically our OmniFoundationTM Compression Foam, OmniEvolutionTM Luxury Foam, OmniCoolTM Cooling Gel Memory Foam do not contain any harmful chemicals, heavy metals or have any impact on air quality. Should you smell a faint odour it will dissipate within a few hours.

Due to Covid-19, hygiene and safety reasons, O Mattress™ does not accept O Mattress™ mattresses, pillows or frames in return once the box or packaging has been opened. Many other companies do accept returns and resell the returned mattresses, pillows and frames to new customers.

Yes. The O MattressTM will fit standard sheets as most standard sheets fit beds between 17.5cm to 35cm (7 and 14 inches).
No. We only use the best materials and stand behind our industry leading 20 year warranty for materials and workmanship. Our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified and durability-tested and analyzed by independent accredited testing labs.
foundations & Bases
Each upholstered bed or metal bed frame is subject to 600 pound (272 kilograms) weight restriction distributed across the bed or frame.
Yes, you can use a foundation directly on the floor with The O Mattress™ on top. Please make sure that the floor is dry and does not have moisture build up. Please see our warranty document for further information.
Yes. You can use an adjustable base with The O Mattress™ provided that it allows the mattress to be properly supported as outlined in our warranty document.
No. The O Mattress™ can’t be used on a sofa bed that folds away.
A box spring looks like a mattress however it is built to be strong and durable and provide a solid foundation for the mattress to be placed upon. A Bunkie board is just a piece of plywood that you can place your mattress directly on. Both types of foundations are acceptable as long as they conform to the specifications required as outlined in our warranty document.
The O Mattress™ doesn’t need a box spring but you can use one if your existing bed frame requires it.
Yes, you can use a metal frame for The O Mattress™ as long as it is properly supported as per the warranty guidelines.
Yes, you can place your O Mattress™ directly on the floor. We do however suggest that you keep the O Mattress away from surfaces that promote moisture build up. Please see our warranty document for further information.
The foundation that is used for The O Mattress™ is almost as important as the blend of the OmniFoundation™ Compression Foam, OmniEvolution™ Luxury Foam, and OmniCool™ Cooling Gel Memory Foam that goes into each O Mattress™. It can affect the lifespan and performance of the mattress.
If you are not changing your existing box spring or foundation when you order you O Mattress™, we recommend using a Bunkie board between the mattress and box spring to provide even and continuous support for the mattress. The other options are a platform base or slats. Slats need to be thick enough and close enough together to support the mattress. More information can be found in our warranty document.
Unfortunately, no we can’t remove your old mattress. You may be able to recycle your mattress or your city may remove these for free so we suggest contacting them directly about disposal.
Purchasing The O Mattress™
No. We are strong believers in cutting out the middle man. Buying a mattress from us is different. We manufacture the best product possible and pass these savings on directly to you. We don’t have huge showrooms, or fancy offices and sales agents. We pass these savings on to you so that you can save your money.

Consumers who make all payments on time as required under the third party finance agreement will be eligible for a specified mail in rebate of up to $500 per O Mattress™ mattress after the third year anniversary of their sales agreement date. This rebate is only available for consumers who finance their mattress purchase under the third party finance agreement. In order to be eligible for the rebate, the Customer is required to use the rebate application process on the Omni Mattress™ website to apply for the rebate from Omni Mattress™ within the thirty (30) day period following the third year anniversary of the date of the Agreement. Failure to apply within the thirty (30) day period, or to meet all of the payment obligations on time under the finance agreement, will result in the consumer not being eligible for the rebate. Rebates are available only on eligible transactions with sales agreement dated on or after September 20th, 2021. O Mattress™ rebates are as follows: Single Mattress: $100.00; Double Mattress: $200.00; Queen Mattress: $400.00; or King Mattress: $500.00.

Shipping & Delivery
The O Mattress™ ships in a box that is approximately 48 cm by 48 cm by 100 cm.
O Mattress™ offers free shipping to most of UAE. This delivery is usually to your door. There may be an additional shipping charge for shipping the O Mattress™ mattress and furnishings to UAE’s territories and some remote locations.
O Mattress™ processes orders Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Delivery times vary depending on the location and the shipper.
The O Mattress™ mattress and furnishings are shipped directly to you from our factory in Ontario. Buying direct from our factory, with shipping usually to your door, saves you money so you can enjoy the best mattress at the most affordable price.
Unboxing & Set Up of The O Mattress™
No. Once The O Mattress™ has been removed and opened, it will not fit back inside the box.
Setting up your O Mattress™ is easy. Simply remove the mattress from the box without using a knife or a cutter so you don’t damage your O Mattress™. Then open the plastic (again without a knife or cutter) and The O Mattress™ will expand. You can sleep on it right away!
Yes. We are an environmentally friendly company and encourage you to recycle the packaging from The O Mattress™.
You can sleep on your new O Mattress™ as soon as it is properly set up out of the box on a foundation.
We use high-grade materials that do not have chemical off-gassing. They typically have very little to no odour. Our premium quality foams, specifically our OmniFoundation™ Compression Foam, OmniEvolution™ Luxury Foam, OmniCool™ Cooling Gel Memory Foam do not contain any harmful chemicals, heavy metals or have any impact on air quality.
We recommend that you do not use a knife, cutter, or sharp blade to open the box and the plastic surrounding The O Mattress™ so you don’t accidentally harm the mattress.
You might experience an adjustment or break in period. Just like a new pair of shoes or a baseball glove, The O Mattress™ needs to be broken in. It might feel a bit more stiff that you expect within the first few weeks which is why we recommend that you give your O Mattress™ some time so you can experience the best sleep possible.
The O Mattress™ starts to expand right away and expands in seconds to its full size.
Limited Warranty
O Mattress™ warrants each mattress against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 20 years. If, during the warranty period, your mattress or mattress cover is found defective due to faulty workmanship or materials by the manufacturer, it will be repaired or replaced as described in the Limited Warranty.
Caring for The O Mattress™
No. The O Mattress™ was specifically designed to be used one way and does not need to be flipped.
Once unboxed, The O Mattress™ will not fit back in its original box. To move the mattress, we suggest placing it in a mattress bag and moving it without attempting to bend or fold the bed as this may structurally weaken the bed and may void its warranty. You can also use mattress boxes specifically manufactured by the moving companies to move mattresses and protect them.
The O Mattress™ should always be stored flat and on a foundation in order to protect the integrity of the bed. For temporary short term storage, it is acceptable to stand the mattress up against a wall on its edge but we don’t recommend that for more than a week as it may void the mattress warranty.
We recommend unboxing The O Mattress™ as soon as it is delivered. We do not suggest that you keep the mattress in the box after delivery as it may void its warranty.
Our extensive testing has shown that The O Mattress will perform its best year after year if it is rotated 180 degrees every three to six months. If there is a significant weight difference between you and your partner sharing The O Mattress™, we suggest rotating it every 3 months.
We recommend that you use a mattress protector to protect The O Mattress™ while you are enjoying it. Standard sized mattress protectors will work with The O Mattress™.
Only the Top white portion of The O Mattress™ cover is washable. To wash the cover, unzip the cover using the zipper located on the side of the mattress. Wash with cool or warm water on a delicate cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not wash the black base portion of the cover. To prevent colour transfer from other clothes, only wash the white cover in its own separate load.
